libebur128-1 software package provides implementation of the EBU R128 loudness standard, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libebur128-1
libebur128-1 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libebur128-1 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libebur128-1 *
You will get with libebur128-1 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
